Stupid anxiety...that's what gets me every time. No I didn't stop and buy anything...yet, but I sure want to!

Had to take the dog to the vet. Stupid, I know. I always worry more about it than the dog does! Thought I was going to have a panic attack right there. All I could think was if I just had one drink, I would be fine........never took her sober before....

Made it back home and will stay here. Hope this feeling goes away real soon...............I don't want to go back to day 1!

Didn't it feel good to not have to try and hide your breath from the vet hoping he or she did not pick up on the alcohol smell? You are home and sober and it is over. Give yourself a big hug for getting through a tough time without drinking. You should be proud of yourself.
