Aw August such a great thing to read first thing in the am you sound nervous but ready! I'm so glad your dads on the mend.

Ok tis the season for great produce. And the rare black plum that's actually red inside not yellow is finally here. Watermelon, pinapple, Florida corn. Get yourself a nice scarlet begonia for your room

Grocery store is a great place to make some of these daily changes get something new you've never eaten.

Keep posting and hanging here, I smile whenever I see you're on!

Put on the headphones and loose your thought for a few minutes. The reality is the social situations CAN NOT hurt you, I promise you. But isolation and phobias can!

You can do this August get out there!!!!

Just take it easy, day 3 is a tough one. Make sure you are drinking fluids, eating and getting enough rest.

No rest for the wicked Scott; with Dad being ill I can't afford to. But TY; been drinking 3+ gallons of water a day on top of tea. Eating as well as I can. Drinking tea as well as ginger ale.

Just do what you can for yourself when you have time - you can't take care of him if you don't take care of you. Is he home from the hospital? If so you could check into home care/hospice care if he qualifies and needs nursing assistance.
