thanks resolute50, i've been trying to distract my mind and stay positive and grateful for what i have, unfortunately my mind seems to be more naturally tuned to worrying. i just want to be free from this now, i'm sick of relapsing and know that i am so much happier even in the short periods of sobriety that i've had.
