Sites for recovery/positive thinking?? Hey all :) Hope everyone is having a good day! Day 39 here and this week has been a bit of a bummer...pink cloud syndrome is gone and facing some ****** stuff the next few weeks. Waking up feeling blah and just trying to get through the day...I did manage to force myself to workout yesterday (YAY ME) and am getting a hair cut tonight (treat to myself)...I'm normally pretty good at keeping myself motivated but am really struggling right now. Any suggestions on sites to check out on my lunches? some good sites for positive thinking/recovery/inspirational thoughts??? Thanks! |
Hope i'm not stating the obvious, but do you not find SR to be postitive towards recovery and positive thinking? |
Pinterest can be very positive and motivational if you search for those positive quotes and affirmations pins. |
