Hi There,

So... I recently logged back into this site. Some things have transpired in my life recently which have caused me to think once again about my sobriety. I am happy to say that I now have over 4.5 years. There was definitely a time when I could not even imagine 4.5 days....

Over these years I have cobbled together my own informal 'program' of exercise, meditation, clean living and good friendships which have helped me along the way. And for a couple of years now I have been truly going it alone- no support groups, just moving along with life.

This is just a quick note of gratitude for this site and to share that it IS possible.

I am really happy this site is still online!
