Alternative non-alcoholic beverages you will choose when asked "can I get you a drink?"
Physical exercise or daily routine of physical gratitude to honor the wellness sobriety brings
"Go to" response if anyone asks you why you're not drinking or becomes 'pushy' with booze (I'm giving my body a break, I'm fine with water, I don't feel like it today, etc)
Think about the situations you'll be in while on holiday. The people you'll be around. The triggers you may face. Anticipate them and how you want to respond - as well as how you might find yourself feeling 'triggered' to respond..... if you go through this ahead of time and develop a plan and a planned response, your chances of honoring your choice of sobriety will go wayyyyy up.
Too often we wander into high-pressure situations that will kick off our conditioned habits without a plan. The result is relapse.

Congrats on 10 days Hez. I'd echo FreeOwl's comments - make sure you have a plan in place for the upcoming weekend. You can log on here if need be, go to a meeting locally, etc. Do whatever it takes to be ready for the temptations when they come.
