2 weeks today!
 

I'm 2 weeks alcohol free and have to say it's getting easier but I keep waiting for me to give in and have "just one drink." Realized after many attempts I can't be a controlled drinker. Milestone tonight; went to dinner with 2 business associates and they each ordered beer; I had a Coke. I thought this would be the hardest part but I got through it. Now I'm wide awake from the 2 Cokes I had! Maybe club soda next time. I still dread the 4pm-7pm part of the day; my hard drinking hours. The big change so far is I'm sleeping so much better and feeling good, for once, in the morning. I love mornings, so this is probably my greatest motivator. Anyway, this is my first post. Thanks for listening!
