Very nearly cracked
 

Today I bought myself some beers and some smoking stuff and sat at home with the full intention of giving in. I would like to say there was a good reason for this but there was not, I just wanted to drink.

I logged online to check on work stuff and while I was there popped on sober recovery to see how everyone was doing, the pain of people going through withdrawal and the love and support displayed convinced me to throw the whole lot of poison away.
