so weird

OK so 4 weeks sober. Doing well. No urges. Praying nightly.

And tonight I drank. I have no idea why. I think I was trying to see if I was really an alcoholic. I hadn't had too many urges so I figured.it wasnt real. Well... it is. One drink led to 4. Ugh. Fml.

Back to day 1. Cant wait for internship in july.

Ps... I dont know why i can only log in here via cell. Browsers wont load.

I am so glad to have this place to vent. Please do not judge.

You remind me of me as I did that more than once in sobriety.

If alcoholic ?

Don't ever give up on trying to stay sober.

Most of us do not get it on the first attempt.

Truly there is much to learn in regards to staying sober.

For most continued sobriety only comes after much hard work.

I don't think anyone is going to judge tuesdayschild, I've been there and got the t-shirt.

I think when I realised that a period of abstinence didn't cure or fix me in someway I finally made a break through, 1 drink was never going to work, it would always lead to a binge, so I needed to focus on Sobriety as the solution and moderation wasn't an option.

But as I mentioned I tried and tried before I got there, don't worry about the past, chin up and go at it again, you'll get there!!

No judgement here, we've all had our share of pain and hopefully we have moved on.

I'm glad you're here.

Often there's was no reason for me to drink - that's addiction in action.

I'm glad you're back tho TC - I hope you can sort out your SR access problems - coming here before you drink may help provide a different outcome...it sure did for me
