Day 2 Felt a bit yucky this morning..

Morning, evening all..
Well day 2 & think I have delayed withdrawal. Felt nausea & had wobbly legs this morning but I have noticed with withdrawal it seems to be worse after getting up. Have had some ginger tea to help with the nausea & popped all my vits & starting to feel better.. Anyway, the sun is out, tennis & football are on so going to take it easy with plenty of fluids & sport!!! :-) OH & NO AL!!!!!

Maybe a sugary drink might help?
Like a milkshake or an orange juice or sweet tea or hot chocolate?

Alcohol has lots of sugar and calories.
I'm 2 years drink free and I still often find a sugary drink helps when i feel wobbly.

Wishing you the best xx

Congratulations, and remember, you never have to feel this way again if you don't take that first drink.

Keep on keeping on...just don't drink. That may seem like the easy way out, but your just prolonging your misery.
