Made my 1st Day!!!

No major hicups, well not from alcohol mainly various flavoured teas.. But really chuffed I managed to ride out some withdrawal symptoms. I know it's only 1 day but I always get excited when I get past that.. Thank you for messages & support.. Jem xx

Congrats on day 1 jezza!

Purpleknight I have also recently gotten into tea! I love it. Mainly green tea w/lemon juice for now, but I think im ready to branch out and try others. I love all the positive health benefits tea has to offer!

Thanks all :-) Talking about tea Twinnings do a one called Detox it contains Milk Thistle, Lemon Peel & Lemon Myrtle which I have got hooked on. As we know of the benefits of Milk Thistle & lemon to cheer your liver up a good thing to add to the detox regime.
