My anxiety will not win

Spent a wonderful 4 days with my family and kids. Helped with my youngest daughters babyshower. Managed to see friends and family I havent seen in years ..At least not sober or that I remember. Met new family of my daughters, caught stomach flu 2 dyas of throwing up and fever. Babysat 2 of my grandkids SOBER YAYAYAYA ..Now Im home in my own room peace quiet and my dogs. Why am I having anxiety..Who freaking knows? Thank goodness for SR and internet.!!!
