Hi Sea! This is my first day on the forum. Not doing so well tonight. Just not quite ready. I think this is a great start and I look forward to hearing about your progress. I'm having a hard time giving up my best friend.

Welcome Seabreeze, like you I am a newbie, on day 9 today. Have been in denial however for over 30 years now. Really, wow when I say that it is scary - but I feel that the committment needed is there for me FINALLY. I wish you the same - One Day At a Time, take it easy, be kind to yourself, look in the mirror - tell yourself that you are not lonely - because you have YOU and your worthy!
