I am new and not familiar with this type of site....sorry.

Could someone direct me to "No matter what" club ?

Thanks for allowing me to participate with my dysfunction.

Welcome to SR flyboy. What exactly do you mean by the "no matter what" club?

I am unfamiliar with the "no matter what" club. Perhaps it is a thread? You should be able to search for it.

I was online with the AA group meeting this morning, this group name was mentioned several times, just curios as to the resource.

I do not know if it is a subsidiary of AA or not.

Thank you humbly for responding.

Jim

AA does not run each group, even online groups. I'd go back to that online group and ask.

Have you been to a real live AA meeting? Online meetings are a very poor substitute, IMHO.

Never heard of it on SR. But you did post in the right place for newcomers.

Welcome to SR! There is great support here and the folks are extremely insightful. You have all the flavors of success stories. Some have years of sobriety with this site as their main support system.

Hi Flyboy & welcome to SR.

I sometimes hear people in AA say they belong to the "No Matter What" club as an expression, just to mean that they consider themselves members of a group of people who won't drink, no matter what. I think it's just a saying, but I could be wrong.
