Bit of a breakdown crying fit . I rang for support and just got back from meeting. Feeling so broken inside. It will pass I know going to bed soon. Feelings are so uncomfortable hey. But better than being that dead girl outside alone drowning herself . I feel so raw, even the meeting felt like it was the first one I ever had been to. The death of an old life I think.
