shut up AV!!
Today AV is in overdrive. On my 10th day and of course that devilish voice is saying " when are we going to reward ourself ( with alcohol, not chocolate!). You have been doing so well. You are strong. You don't have a problem. Just try to moderate...". All I can say is not today AV, not today....

I also had an AV conversation after work today.
The duality of what I want and what iIT wants is mind blowing.
It's sitting there in the corner all pitiful because I don't want to come out and play. Poor little AV, sniff sniff. LOL!

Funny....my AV is a little guy who looks like Marlon Brando in a black leather jacket. He stands on my shoulder with a cig hanging out of his mouth and a bottle of something in his hand. He tells me things like "you know you're not worth it right? you know you don't deserve love/respect/success right?". I so want to flick that little bastard off my shoulder for good and hearing you fight it whatcouldbe makes me believe that I will do it. Keep up the positive self talk....
