Hi guys back again,Im a pretty heavy binge drinker and really wanting to stop so will be spending alot of time on here :) today is day 4 no alcohol..

CONGRATS On day 4 :) Keep going strong :) and welcome to SR. You will find a lot of support not only here in the forums but also in the chat :) I rootin for your sobriety. I'm not an alch. but i am on day 3 off of oxy addiction, so keep strong and keep coming back.
