I posted this article before and people seemed to like it - maybe helpful to you as well:
The Brain—The Essence of Drug Addiction
What happens after stopping for an extended period of time is that the processes in our brains start to normalize and get back to functioning without the addictive substance. Most people experience cravings for a while, and this is because addiction has altered those processes and we desire the altered state. But if the drug-free state is maintained, the cravings will also subside gradually with normal brain function regained. Our brains will be able to use natural rewards and stimulation to keep us motivated again. There is an amazing plasticity in our nervous system - why recovery is possible!

Hey Brain, I see you are from India. Man, I went there once with just a backpack and the clothes on my back. Probably the best few months of my life. Beautufill place.
If You are worried. Maybe talk to your doctor.

Oh man, it brings back memories. I arrived in Dehli. Headed south to Amritsar, the Golden Temple, Agra and the Taj Mahal. Jaipur, Varanasi... then went north to Himachal Paradesh. Oh man. They were probably the greatest moments of my life and I didn't even know it at the time.
