Hey guys- we have a few friends over for the Stanley Cup playoffs tonight and I did good, I stocked up on a bunch of nonalcoholic drinks for myself. I just feel so awkward and insecure. Nobody's treating me any different, I know it's all in my head and it will be okay. I guess I just needed to vent here because I'm not going to complain out loud to my friends. Just really missing it right now. X(

You are fully present and able to watch the game and observe your surrounding with an alert mind. Be an observer...take it all in. Although you might feel like the odd woman out..you are actually..right there. You said yourself..no one seems to mind.
