Shakes are gone, sweating is gone, anxiety is way down. I've also quit smoking. Day 4 for that.

This place is amazing. I read way more than I post. So many stories and positive posts. It's all really helped me.

To those just starting, all I can say is that it really does get better with time. It isn't easy, I know. So much anger, anxiety, confusion, doubt, etc. It's a roller coaster.

Please don't take this as I have it all figured out. Far from it. My many, many relapses are proof.

Thanks! I forgot to mention I started taking vitamins which seem to have helped a lot. B12, D, multi-vitamin and milk thistle. Plus drinking a ton of water.
