Hi. Tired of it all, so decided to quit... yada yada yada sob story, boo-hoo.
This is day 2, and my payday.
I was one foot out of the door already but decided to pull it together and looked up this site. I rule.

Vile swear words have been yelled loudly in this house today, but looks like I'll be able to make it to day 3.

Thanks for the ever-so fruity responses, people. I could learn from your kindness, but I'm still a bit too naive for all that.

Shoved my face full of delicious sandwiches and drew a bunch of derogatory sketches while listening to my audio programs. Didn't think about drinking one bit during that time.

So from now on I'll just try to keep my schedule filled and my mind off booze.

After a slight trip-up I'm back on the wagon. This was expected, so I'm not really beating myself up for it. Only had 4 beers and didn't crave any more after that, so that's positive. Now trying to go for 2 weeks without.

Great attitude. I'm at the VERY beginning stages and slipped up two nights ago. The key is to dust ourselves off and get back to making good decisions. Well done Frrunkis!

Opened up to my significant other tonight, had a "quick" 20 minute "talk" about my drinking which ended up with me crying out loud like a new born baby.

I don't think I've ever been loved so much in my life. Life is looking up, and I'm a word censored by this website.
