Don't dwell on it, Happy. It happens. At least it's happened to me (many times). It's a noble thought to want to handle your business without inconveniencing anybody else. I try to do the same. . .but I know there are days when denying myself easy access is the only thing between me and relapse. (If there had been any booze in the house this past weekend I guarantee it would not have survived me). It's a paper-thin layer of protection (obviously I can usually find a way to get alcohol when I want it) but sometimes it's just enough. You made it a few days, and that's awesome. I think it proves something about what you can accomplish. But you're only human.
