Reached a milestone today
Back in February I decided to change my diet. Every day for lunch I have a salad and dinner is fish, veggies and long grain wild rice. I found the change easy to make and have stuck with it. Today, I am down 32 lbs. I bought new pants this afternoon. Went from size 40 to 36! I can actually wear button fly 501 Levi's. Haven't been able to wear those in years. I know I will lose some more weight the longer I go without drinking. This has helped me see that real change does make a real difference.
