First day on this site, first post, first day trying not to pick up that first drink that leads to 2, 3, .... finally admitted to myself, I AM AN ALCOHOLIC and my life is not want I want it to be because of it. this site has been a godsend for me. i have a supportive family, but after rehab was missing the fellowship of other sufferers.

it just helps to be able to log on, and help, and be helped. you can even wear your pajamas!
