Hello

hello my name is jovanna and I am currently in recovery I am actually going through recovery alone and would like someone to talk to about it sometimes I have good days and sometimes I have bad days but when I can't take it a day at a time I take it an hour at a time when I can take it in an hour at a time I take it for a minute at a time and I can do anything for a minute.I'm not sure how this worksso here I am giving it a shot

Welcome to the forum and thank you for posting. I know what you mean. There were times where I felt I was marking time as if it were a sentence I had to serve as I recovered from alcohol and the various chemicals I was using. Hang in there with your recovery. I drank and took chemicals for decades in an attempt to be well. Only when I stopped using did I discover that life is a true gift. Thank you for posting and let us know how you're doing. It matters.
