4 mths clean after many relapses
Hi guys I am 22. I am a recovering addict. I used valium, xanax, cocaine and alcohol. I have passed through 3 recovery programmes each being 12 weeks. I have struggled with many issues mostly self-pity and codependency but things are getting easier this time. I really don't want to go back to active use or the behaviour associated with it. My family and support couldn't take it anymore and were so disappointed, worst of all I was so disappointed with myself. I feel very positive and just making sure I don't get overconfident or complacent. I feel lonely at times hence the reason I joined this forum plus would like to be able to help as well.

Currently I facilitate Disease Concept and Relapse Prevention at the Rehab Centre I attended. Hope I can be of some help and I need the help as well as I have off days and far from where I want to be but progress is good
