Made One Week
For a spur of the moment decision last week after another heavy night drinking - to be here a week later - I'm really really pleased with myself.
It's been a roller coaster ride at times but all in all the first three days was the hardest so far - so a big thank you to those members who sent me all the encouraging messages over that period of time - because it really did help and gave me extra encouragement and strength.
I know there is a long way to go and I haven't been tested to date but I can only be pleased with where I'm at right now - and that is sober.

Thanks all so much for your replies.
Dee74 you were there from my first post.
And yes Supersonic - it does feel great to be sober and it feels great in the morning not to be hung over.
