You also have a good sense of humor. ..Although you may be serious, you have a funny way of saying it. I know it's not a joking matter but the visual is funny (you on the couch). I feel that way all the time. At this point, I will do whatever it takes to shut the AV up. I applaud you for shutting up your AV.

It's true-there I s so much comraderie (I can't spell..) here it makes me feel good. I didn't even have bad cravings tonight and its Friday! It's about helping others while we help ourselves.
