Just Joined . I'm Louise 37 Live near London .
Binge Drinker for quite a while now ~ Currently in Treatment To Stop The drink (Cutting down does not work ) I have no control When I start so working on complete abstinence .Have Good days Have Bad days but feel so alone as family don't understand me
.
I have Just started Group work on the 12 steps (very new to me) with hope that I can eventually attend a meeting .
I suffer with Anxiety and this is one of the reasons I always Reach for the bottle .I'm hoping to Meet others who Understand alcohol addiction and of course offer my support also .
I'm sure when i get to know people I will open up more about myself But just wanted To Introduce myself and say Hello .

I drank for the same reason - but in the end it sent my anxiety through the roof. It's no friend of ours. Keep reading & posting - you found a supportive & friendly place.
