Day 9
Day 9 checking in, feeling HORRID this morning, yet again hardly any sleep, but I walked the dog this morning, came home and all of a sudden just felt terrified and almost burst into full panic mode, ahhhh sorry for moaning folks! Im NOT giving in, I have come TOO far to turn back!

Ohmygosh, i remember those sudden waves of panic and terror. I remember just walking around my house and suddenly thinking that i was going to die or something. It's okay! This passes. I still have moments where i get a little panicked for no reason whatsoever but they are few and far between and they pass very quickly. Hope you don't have any more of those!

Very impressive, nine days! It took me a very long time to get over a week without turning back.
You have a lot to look forward to and soon you'll be able to sleep. One of the things I missed the most was a good nights sleep and when you get there it'll be worth the trouble.
