Sorry to hear you're still drinking Liss. Monday will soon be here and detox will be a great start for you but have you thought of how you are going to deal with urges/cravings/stress etc when you get out of detox.They will all still be there and it's how we learn to deal with them.

Are you going to go back to AA.If it worked for you last time it will work for you again. I hope you can put a plan in place for when you get out of detox.
