Day 8
 
Day 8 checking in, this is a new record for me! Havnt gone this long without a drink since I was 19 I am now nearly 29!!

Sleep still seems like a distant thing tho, almost forgot what sleep is but im guessing it comes in time!

Well done chilledice!! I'm the exact same, not gone one weekend since I was 19 without alcohol! Day 11 for me!! Progression and illness got worse so in AA.

We can do this! Well done.
