Spoke to my GP
He works late!
He wasn't happy with the service I received at the clinic the other week so he's sending another referral. I've also got another week off work (scared how it will impact but what can I do?)
Told him I caved today. He was pleased I stopped at one glass.
Day 2 approaching rapidly. I've been awake since 2am
