I had a horrible dream last night that I drank a bottle of wine. In the dream I remember not really enjoying it. But the worst part was the first few seconds after I woke up, I wasn't sure if it was a dream or not. I didn't dare move in my bed. I felt the remorse and self hate. I thought I had blown my almost 4 months and had to start over. Then I realized it was a dream. ......I've never been so grateful.....I felt like getting on my knees and thanking whoever is in charge upstairs. I will spend this day with tremendous gratitude. And I was reminded why I don't want that dream to come true! Whew!
