3 Months
Well folks,
Here I am, three months down the line.
Feeling happier, looking thinner, arguing less, spending less money and investing in old friendships.
It's not been easy, but it has been worth it.
To anyone in the very early days, stick with it. It gets easier as your body and mind slowly adjusts.
I'm not out of the woods, but I am on the right path.
