For me, at least, nights are full of doubts and dark thoughts. Things sometimes seem hopeless when the world is in shadow and I am all alone. I spent a lot of last night sobbing.

But the dawn brings new hope and faith that I am in control and I can and will continue on my healthy path.

We have no control over the past. Just the present and the future. Today is a new day and a new start.
