Completely freaking out
Ok I will read about paws. I will do it now. I'm not sick. Other than only sleeping a few a hours all week I'm fine. I went through a few days of severe pain, back pain, sweating, but I feel good. Just a little stark raving mad. I could cry I need sleep so bad. Nightmares plague the little I get and make it worthless.

Look, first things first- your cat did not accidentally bite you. It was absolutely 100% on purpose. He was trying to eat you because you are so healthy and he couldn't resist trying to taste such deliciously taken care of flesh. Now, back to the dying thing- you're FINE. Stop reading things that scare you.

How are you today mamah?
I remember reading something once about my anxiety - "dr google will see you now" - Google can be great but also a great stress. Medical advice needs to come from a doctor, not google!

I'm ok. Getting a little desperate for sleep. But I realize that is a struggle when you quit. I have gotten through this whole week with nothing except 2 doses Imodium and Advil. I'm finding I go longer stretches without thinking about pills but then there's times it dominates my thoughts but differently than before. The safeguards we have in place have really freed me. Mostly my anxiety is about my health, and fixing things. Not googling anything else. Especially while I'm so sleep deprived.
Good morning Mama! I hope you got a little sleep or even a catnap
The anxiety sucks, I still have it too occasionally after quitting drinking 12 days ago. I find that a good diet, drinking lots of water and exercise helps, even just a walk. Get a multivitamin as well. Today you're one day closer to healthy!
