What a difference a day makes

I am in no way feeling wonderful but in comparison to 24 hours ago I'm grateful for how I feel. I'm very tired as not slept since Wednesday night due to severe anxiety and work tonight (I'm on my break). I was so scared yesterday. It was 100 times worse than my first quitting experience and I know this is common.
Anyway I think when I go home today I will sleep... I've been craving milk today so I'm just going with it.
Everyone on here is so kind and I hope to be of help to you guys further along my journey xxxxxx

Congratulations on making it through. Trust me, it only gets better. One day at a time.

Hi hez. Good to hear you got some decent sleep finally. Things are going to start looking up. Be proud of yourself.

I remember being so happy when I finally started getting good sleep again. That's a bug plus to living sober - sleeping well.
