So I'm through day nine. Was a bit of tricky one...couple of things that forced dangerous thoughts again.

About 5pm and I'm getting ready to leave work...talking to one of my co workers about weekend plans etc...and he says...So going to the bar at 5?

Innocent to be sure...he had no idea about my situation. Still made me pause...before I said haha yeah no..quiet night at home.

Then again walking to the subway many folks clutching their liquor bags...AA coin came in handy again today.

Anyways. Making dinner...listening to a baseball game on the radio...busy yet again. Looking forward to day 10 tomorrow. Double digits!

Thanks again my friends. Couldn't have done this alone.

Good one on getting home safe. I had some of the same situations today after work. A guy said if I helped him move he'd buy the booze and other people were talking about it. Making a convenient excuse gets easier though.
