Hi everyone

I haven't been on here for a while, I relapsed some time ago after a personal trauma. I think that was the last time I posted on here. Well, I've stayed sober since then. Things are going pretty well, I still have issues with anxiety and depression, but I'm dealing with those things the best I can.

I think I've been sober for a couple of months now, it's strange, I go through periods of intense happiness and darkness. It's like alcoholism leaves you with an almost bi-polar way of thinking, I wonder if that ever goes away.

Anyway, just checking in, hope everyone is doing well and staying sober.

I found my mood swings settled after six months. I miss the periods of euphoria i used to get, but life is now so much better
