I learned and found out that anytime
2 or more people come together, sitting
around together, no matter where you
are, and each is sharing their own ESH -
experiences, strengths and hopes of what
their life was and is like before, during
and after alcohol or addiction, then that
is consider a successful meeting in recovery.

If you have an iPhone there are some meetings on a recovery chat app I can tell you about. It's really handy too. Kind of like a meeting in your pocket

Hi Christi,

Take your time but you do need to find at least a temporary one. That will fill your tool box more.

I am looking for a new one also as I have moved and my old sponsor told me to go to meetings and when you find a person you admire sit next to them. Ask what meetings they go to. A good sponsor is a treasure find.

My old one found me but sometimes we need to make it happen.
