hi friends did anyone feel a alcohol void in your life after quitting alcohol i feel a severe alcohol void not in the sense that i want to drink but i feel like irritating and harassing everyone around me :wild

I think most of us felt a void and felt a little irritable for a while Sameer.

A lot of that irritability for me came from the fact that although I was sober I was still living my old drinking life, without the drinking.

That's guaranteed to make anyone irritable.

What changes have you made to your life, besides not drinking,sameer ?
