Just For Today!
I made it 8 days clean and sober. Im finally feeling somewhat normal again. I haven't slept more than 3 hours in the last 8 days. I'm looking forward to some sleep in the next couple days. I figured I would try this site and see what it was all about. I have been going to meetings every night. I'm going to try to go to a meeting everyday, eventhough all I can really worry about is today. I really wish I could say this is my LAST time in recovery but I never know what tomorrow will bring. I've learned the best way to recover is to take it a moment at a time. A second, a minute, an hour.... I have today. I'm hoping that there is a good support system on this website. We will see soon enough. Thank you to everyone that has or is supporting me in my recovery. I hope all of my fellow addicts are making it thru today. If you are struggling, feel free to message me.
