I'm starting an outpatient therapy program this week, which I hope is helpful. Frankly, anything to get out of the house and get my mind off of all this is welcome.

Drinking isn't working for me, and it CERTAINLY won't help of I need to start planning for a future for my family.

I hit my lowest point. Thank god I have a supportive fiancé.

I'm not at all religious, but if you'd keep me in your prays I'd be very grateful.

Hoping to be grateful for sobriety soon. I'm not there, but it's drinking or death.

I drank rubbing alcohol. How pathetic am I?

I need to go to detox. Or detox myself. I donkey know what to do.

Fiancé said something interesting, too: "You only ever do this when you know you have to get together with family.

I'll keep posting. He's here and understandably angry, but looking after me. He deserves better.

The dogs know mom is sick. It's breaking my heart.

((((alphabet)))). Darling, please don't drink rubbing alcohol. It's not the right kind of alcohol and will eat your liver. Seriously. Can you go to detox or inpatient care? I am so worried for you, you deserve a chance to live a sober, happy life. so many of us came the place you are now. Please, at least call your doctor and get some advice.

Fiancé spent the day crying. Beyond heartbroken that I'm putting him through this. Myself as well, but it's so unfair to him.
