how do na classes help you

I am finally taking this addiction very serious and taking the steps to recovery. How many Na classes should I take per week?

I found it necessary to pattern my meeting attendance after my addiction. I drank and drugged everyday so I attended meetings everyday. The meetings helped fill the gapping hole in my life when i stopped my addictions

I would not call them 'classes', but I have no doubt you will learn something. I would go to several different meetings and make a decision at that point. It's great that you are willing to take some positive steps to address the problem.

Welcome to SR. Go to as many NA meetings as you like. You can meet new friends there and learn some things. Go to several to find the ones you like best.

NA doesn't have classes they have meetings. At these meetings people share their experience, strength and hope about getting and staying sober.

Classes sounds kinda neat though, we do learn and teach there.

Great decision to do NA meetings, I still decide to do them each time I go
