Still keeping on
 

I'm still sober and trying to be healthy. I get paid tomorrow and the husband may use. At least I have a 2nd job to keep me busy. Any advice for heading into my first weekend sober?

Check into the sober weekend thread. Don't drink and stay busy. Plenty of ides there. Or look for suggestions. If anything, committing to it is motivation.

I second the staying busy suggestion. I cleaned a lot of toilets last weekend - my first sober weekend.

Save the extra $$ for something special. Keep going!

Another suggestion, maybe ask your other half on a no drinking date? Whether it be the day or night? Might be fun!!!
