Strength and Hope
Hey everyone! Its been a tough couple of days for me, as some of you may know I am in a program with 30+ guys in my house and 200+ on the grounds, and the past 3 days about 12 guys got discharged(3 from my house)for drinking and using. Very difficult to be around that, especially with guys I was with everyday and confided and trusted them to keep our house safe. We had a group about it this morning and the remaining guys really stepped up and everyone gave their opinions, their strength and hope, and I felt so much better. We still will stay vigilante in our recovery, but it just shows that this fellowship, the communities and networks we build are the driving force of AA/NA and Im so glad Im here. Thanks for everyone's help here!! Have a great rest of the day!!

Just don't let this rub off on you. Don't get complacent or listen to your av if it sneaks up on you. You're in a hard situation but you can hang tough and come out a true winner. Good going so far! I'm glad you have some good guys with you. We all need help and support.
