Never thought this was a possibility, my life is so different, I feel like I'm finally living a real life. Haven't had anxiety since I stopped drinking. And that is an amazing feeling.

I would get horrific anxiety for at least 3 days after a binge, in those days I would also eat like crap and call myself a loser. As soon as u decide to stop, u never put yourself at risk of feeling so low again, I promise u
