You don't need to feel that way ever again if you don't want to. Stick around and see if you can find out why you drank, and more importantly how you can re-adjust your plan so you don't do it again.

Don't beat yourself up too much over this, learn from it and move on.

Don't dwell on it just remember how you feel right now and use it as motivation for yourself. Most of us fall down, It's about dusting yourself off and moving forward again.

Forgive yourself, learn from it, and move forward again. I relapsed too many times to remember and now have over four years sober. It can be done! Never give up!

Hi love4life.

I did it many times too. I knew in my heart I had to quit, & when I was truly ready I did. Try to remember how you feel right now - write it down. As Scott said, you never have to go back to that miserable place. We're with you - you can do this.

Hi love4life.

You messed up and you came right back here. Good job in not letting it take control of your life. We are all here for you. Good job on coming right back and ready to move forward.

It's good you came right back

You can learn from this - what more could you have done? what could you add now to your recovery.

It's decisions like that that turn recovery into a lasting permanent thing.
Like Scott said, you never need to feel this way again.
