Feeling hopeless

Seriously struggling with repeated relapses. Detoxing again and need to make this work.

Thanks, I am nervous about this detox but I think I'll have to just suck it up. I've been to the hospital and detox center before and I feel like its a joke for me to go again. I hate living like this. I know others have made it and I want that for myself.

Thanks it's a nickname. And it looks like I'm going to be having a fun sleepless night with anxiety. How many times have I had to do this? I never want to go through this again, it's the absolute worst! Thanks everyone for the encouragement.
